Thank you for visiting today. I hope this post helps you to succeed in having a great sex life during your pregnancy. I am going to transform your sex life by educating you on how you can have the best and safest pregnancy ever!
Sex, sex, sex!!!!! We are constantly hearing, reading or talking about this great topic! God is the author of sex and I am happy to say it is a good thing; especially when used within the right context. Today we are going to discuss how you can have the best sex during your pregnancy.
I am sure you have heard it said or even wondered if having sex during pregnancy would hurt your baby. This is what is known:
Sex during pregnancy is good and safe……
provided you did not get restrictions from your healthcare provider. Having the best sex during pregnancy is what I really want for you. Not being afraid to be creative and adventurous is a key in getting the best sex during the pregnancy. Sex brings a special bonding and togetherness between you and your partner every time.
According to Holly Richmond, a clinical sex therapist and certified marriage and family therapist, “the second trimester is typically the golden spot.” The worst of your morning sickness (if you had any) is behind you, and you’re just starting to feel your curves. A expanding belly can make sex more difficult in the third trimester.
Accept the fact that sex is really wonderful once it is in agreement with your partner
But here’s the starting point for all you’ll learn about pregnant sex: According to Richmond, all sex is good sex as long as it is joyful and consenting.
During pregnancy, you may feel erotic, sensuous, or completely disinterested in having sex. But don’t believe the myth that it’s impossible to be pregnant and sexually active at the same time.
“Counseling Couples Before, During, and After Pregnancy: Sexuality and Intimacy Issues,” by Stephanie Buehler, is the author of the book. She’s also a qualified sex therapist and a psychologist.
“Some women may have orgasms for the first time during pregnancy due to more blood flow and hormones,” she says.
It sounds fantastic doesn’t it?
But this isn’t the complete story. Your body changes during pregnancy, and She’s also a qualified sex therapist and a psychologist.
Did you know “Some women may have orgasms for the first time during pregnancy due to blood flow and hormones?,” she says. Now that is a wonderful thing !
Some women’s sexual appetites become ravenous as a result of hormonal changes. The sex feast is simply too much for them. What triggers that desire?
Fosnight relates this to the 50% more in blood flow that occurs during pregnancy. The blood also flows to the tissues of the vulva, vagina, clitoris, and pelvis. It can be delightful, aggravating, or both depending on the person.
Have an open mind towards sex
HERE ARE SOME THINGS YOU CAN DO:
- Next, Fosnight suggests looking at photos of pregnant women who aren’t wearing any clothes . When she does this activity with clients, she says they frequently locate a specific photo and exclaim, “She looks like me!” Oh, she’s stunning.”
Positive self-talk can include phrases like “I’m attractive” or “I’m evolving as a human being.”
- Make an appointment for your own pregnancy boudoir shoot, Fosnight suggests. There are alternatives for every body type and trimester, whether you want to go lacy lingerie or pregnant pinup. And believe us when we say that when you’re 91, you’ll think you looked amazing.
Fosnight recommends adding “Your Orgasmic Pregnancy” by Danielle Cavallucci and Yvonne Fulbright to your reading list. It’s a coffee-table book containing images, illustrations, and a story.
Try different sexy positions
Commit to postures that keep the pressure and weight off the belly during pregnancy sex. You and your pregnant companion will most likely find these more comfortable.
Maintain positions that keep you off your back as well. This reduces the risk of blood flow compression, which can cause light-headedness and other problems.
Trying to figure out how to work past problems during pregnant sex can be a period of experimentation and positions no matter where you are in the trimester. Consider it an opportunity to step outside of your comfort zone.
Here are 9 positions you can try that are safe!
- seated pregnancy sex
- oral sex
- anal sex
- sex from behind
- side-by-side sex
- reverse cowgirl
- You on top
Here is more….
Don’t play with these positions:
- It’s not a good idea to be in the missionary position (with mom on the bottom) because it restricts blood flow to mom and baby, especially after the 20th week.
- Prone positions (laying flat on one’s stomach) might be uncomfortable for certain people.
- Also, never blow air up there, as every doctor and pregnancy book will tell you.
You may maintain your relationship sexually fulfilling for decades by allowing yourself to experiment and be flexible. Torrisi argues that reinvigoration can occur “with each pregnancy, each stage of pregnancy, and every few years to keep the bedroom spicy.”
Transformation is the only constant in a pregnancy and a relationship. “When something is no longer delightful, begin your search for what I am looking for.”
Besides feeling good, here are some benefits of sex during pregnancy you should know:
- An immune system booster. Sex raises IgA, an antibody that helps keep colds and other illnesses at bay, according to a 2004 research.
Happiness has increased. Endorphins are released during orgasms, which can make both mother and baby feel joyful and calm.
- Orgasms that are more intense. Pregnant women may experience more strong orgasms as a result of increased blood flow to the genitals.
Keeping in shape. Sex burns calories and can help both couples stay in shape.
The bonding of mates. During pregnancy, some couples believe that sexual activity brings them closer together.
Sex during pregnancy is a concern for many pregnant families. It is safe for women who are normal , with no risky symptoms to continue their sex lives. Being creative can help both you and your partner to achieve wonderful maximization of your sex life. Remember to stay positive and think good about yourself and your partner.
